Common Uses
While this elastic adhesive bandage is designed for injury prevention, it can also be used to support existing muscle injuries, such as hamstring or calf strains.
Directions
Prepare the skin 48 hours prior with a wet shave or on the day with a dry to remove any hair on the area being taped. For sensitive skin use Elastoplast Sport Elastowrap underneath the taping procedure to prevent the likelihood of any skin irritations.
