Chemists’ Own PROVANCE Sleep Forte combines valerian, hops, passionflower, and lemon balm. It has been formulated with herbs used in traditional Western herbal medicine to reduce sleeplessness, relieve disturbed or restless sleep, and decrease the time taken to fall asleep.

Ingredients

Each soft gel capsule contains Valeriana officinalis (Valerian) root ext. dry conc. 300 mg equiv. dry 1.2 g, Humulus lupulus (Hops) fruit ext. dry conc. 62.50 mg equiv. dry 500 mg, Passiflora incarnata (Passion flower) herb top ext. dry conc. 50 mg equiv. dry 1 g, Melissa officinalis (Lemon balm) leaf ext. dry conc. 195 mg equiv. dry 1.95 g.

Directions

Adults: Take 2 capsules once daily, 30–60 minutes before bedtime, or as directed by your health professional.
