For adults who snore, wake up tired or have been told they stop breathing in their sleep. You see the kit, hear how the night works and ask whatever you like. Then you decide. There’s no referral to get first and no obligation to do the test.

During your private 15-minute consultation, we’ll address your sleep concerns and answer all your questions about sleep apnea and the testing process. We’ll show you exactly how the wireless forehead patch works, leaving you free to decide without pressure whether to take the kit home today, book a future date, or simply think it over.

Afterwards, If you go ahead with the test.
After we set up your kit, you simply wear the patch overnight, stop the recording in the morning, and return the device the next day. A pharmacist will then explain your specialist-reviewed results in plain English, providing a report you can keep or share with your GP.
No sleep apnoea?
We’ll tell you. The report comes from a specialist doctor, not from us. If something else is going on, we’ll point you in the right direction.

Your mask fitted. Your machine set up.
This one happens only if the specialist recommends CPAP therapy: a machine and mask used to treat obstructive sleep apnoea. Diagnosed somewhere else? Bring your report and it’s for you too. You leave with a written management plan, and you don’t go home until you’ve put the mask on and run the machine yourself.

Before You Come
If you tested elsewhere, please bring your sleep study report for the pharmacist to review, and ensure you have your ID and a bank card if you plan to take a machine on trial.Additionally, bring your smartphone to connect to the machine's tracking app, or bring your old machine with you so we can easily copy your existing settings.

During your consultation, the pharmacist reviews your sleep report to customize your settings and precisely fits your mask while you lie down with the machine running. You will also receive hands-on practice operating the device and a personalized written management plan, with the choice to purchase the equipment outright or trial it for a small fee

Afterwards We don’t leave you to it
We provide ongoing support with structured check-ins on days 3, 14, and 30, reviewing your machine's data and booking a free mask re-fit if you run into any trouble, with the option to update your GP.You can also call or drop in anytime between check-ins for troubleshooting, including a free mask size swap if needed during your first 30 days.

Not all machines are the same. CPAP, APAP and BiPAP machines work differently, and your sleep report says which type you need.

The exact model.
ResMed machines can look almost identical. The AirSense 10 and the AirSense 11 are different machines, with different features, release years, warranties and prices.

Why the price is lower.
A cheaper price often means an older model, not the latest one. Check the model name and the year it was released.

What the price includes.
Many online prices are for the machine alone. Ask whether a mask, a mask fitting and the set-up are included.
