Do I need a prescription or GP referral to buy a CPAP machine?

You need a sleep study showing sleep apnoea before a machine is set up. If you haven't had one, our home sleep test takes one night and needs no GP referral.

How does the try-before-you-buy hire work?

Hire a machine for $60 a week and use it at home. If you decide to buy, every dollar of hire is deducted from the machine's price. If it's not for you, return it and that's the end of it.

What happens if my machine breaks down?

Bring it in. We handle the manufacturer's warranty or repair, and lend you a machine for $60 a week while yours is away, so your therapy continues.

Can I buy online and still get the fitting?

Yes. Order online, then book a free fitting and set-up in store at Buronga, or ring us and we'll talk you through it.

What if I order the wrong mask size?

Exchange it free. Bring it back unused in its packaging and we'll swap it for the right size.

How fast is delivery?

Free Australia-wide. Local orders in Buronga, Mildura and surrounds are delivered the same day.

Can I pay it off?

Yes. Afterpay is available on everything in the shop, interest-free.

Will you help me if I bought my machine somewhere else?

Of course. Fitting, set-up and support are for anyone with sleep apnoea, wherever the machine came from.
